Yes, all bookings include a licensed and experienced driver. Self-drive is not available.
2. What is the maximum passenger capacity?
The van can comfortably accommodate up to 10 passengers, including children.
3. Are fuel and tolls included in the price?
Fuel is included for standard city routes. Additional charges may apply for long-distance travel or highway tolls.
4. Is hotel or airport pickup available?
Yes, we offer flexible pickup and drop-off services from your hotel, airport, or any specified address within Yangon (or service area).
5. Can I book for a full day or half day?
Yes. We offer hourly, half-day (4 hours), and full-day (8 hours) rental options. Additional hours can be added upon request.
6. Is the vehicle air-conditioned?
Yes, all our vehicles are fully air-conditioned for passenger comfort.
7. How much luggage can the van carry?
The van fits 4–5 large suitcases plus small carry-on bags.
8. Do you provide a child seat or booster seat?
Child seats are available upon request. Please inform us at the time of booking.
9. Can we bring food or drinks into the van?
Light snacks and bottled drinks are allowed. Please avoid messy or strong-smelling food.
10. What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your trip. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.
